A, QJ series submersible pump units will be divided into four most:
1, YQS well with filling water diving three-phase asynchronous motor (matching leads to cable)
2, water pump assembly (general factory with motor assembly together)
3, Yang pipe (steel and rubber hose can supply according to the requirements of customers)
Form a complete set of 4, starting control box (usually the factory)

Second, the QJ series deep well submersible pump features:
1, the QJ series supporting for YQS series submersible pump Wells with water filling type diving three-phase asynchronous motor, the stator winding is adopted in the water is not subject to corrosion of polyethylene insulation waterproof electromagnetic wire, nylon sheathed winding directly soaked in water. 
2 upper and lower guide bearing, thrust bearing and the pump and motor bearing adopts special material and water lubrication structure, has good corrosion resistance. 
3, to prevent mud into the motor chamber, upper motor equipped with positive and negative two skeleton oil seal and dumped hydrosphere, formed a labyrinth sand control device. 
4, the lower part of motor is equipped with rubber membrane, voltage regulator when the motor stop or load changes caused pressure changes in the body, can be made of rubber membrane voltage regulator automatically regulate the internal pressure. 
5, water pump USES centrifugal impeller, single-stage high lift and compact structure.
The unit installation

A, the well preparation:
1, installed a tripod, hanging reed or hoist. Hoisting should not be less than 2 tons. 
2, ready to wrench, hammer, screw knife, electrical tools and using the instrument. 
3, check whether the submersible electric pump assembly is good, accessories are complete.To unload the water filter section, with pick silk knife from the impeller mouth the ball at the top of the water festival in leaf version, pulled the turn, pump impeller rotation.If still cannot turn, pulled the impeller can remove base, with wood mat to the motor shaft end, with a hammer knock, pump shaft to rotate.

Second, the matters needing attention in the process of installation:
1, in the process of the pump in the well, if found to have stuck phenomenon, to rotate and flip young conduit in time, in order to overcome dead point, submersible electric pump to avoid stuck or damage to the cable. 
2, install piping to short pimps MATS, uniform and tighten the bolt. 
3, in the process of the pump in the well, the cable should be close to in each section Yang water pipes, plastic belt or nylon rope etc. Water resistant rope fastened, fight snap or crowded broken cable. 
4, install and lifting submersible pumps, is absolutely not allowed to use as the rope sling cables. 
5, according to the well flow sand silting situation, determine the submersible electric pump the minimum distance from the bottom.Avoid the submersible electric pump embedded in mud, general requirements from submersible pump into the bottom of not less than 3 m, dynamic water letter from the inlet section of not less than 1 meter, and under the pump into the depth should comply with the regulations of the selected type pump head.
