Usually our MOQ is upon your spools type,different spools with different MOQ. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

According to spool model and material ,we will advice.
3) How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If no stock,we will advice lead time.
4) Can you develop new products?
Yes, we have new products developing ability and we are good at developing new mold.
5) How much is the freight charge?
It depends on spool package volume,
if small qty,volume and urgent goods,we may provide dhl or other couriers' charge for your check.
if volume bigger and by seaway suitable,we provide FOB or CIF price to you.
6) What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own mould workshop and can provide spool or other plastic product developping and injection service.
You can provide JPG, PDF,dwg files for check.

Material and the process
Most of wood cable drum are pine wood,and about the process we make the step Raw wood→Timber→Wood cable drum. All of the wood are come from forest.
-Structure
The diameter of both side circle is about 0.8m-3.5m and we also can meet your require.On the circle,has puched with screw,and the flange edges must be grind so that we use it convenient.
-Inspection
Because they are wood products,so we must do something for them,that is Fumigation/Heat Treatment.Wood products must put into the dry kiln and make the humidith to 20% so that wood will not deformed.The aim of Heat Treatment is to wipe out the insect,larva and fungus.
