Spools for the shipment of steel cord, hose wire, sawing wire and special wires. They are supplied in several different versions according to the specific application and with different finishing treatments. The locking part is also available with increased diameter and can be assembled by means of a double spot-welding per flange sector("S" series).

Spools B40, B60, B80/17 and B80/33 for the winding and one-way/multiple shipping of rope for tires, but also used for the winding of hose wire, sawing wire and special wires. The range of available B-type consists of:

-spools of the N series, usually characterized by a light weight structure and by the pressence of a driving plate with a standard diameter(153mm). They are particularly suitable for the winding of tire cord and are podwe coated(one or two-colors).

 

Spools of the S series, characterized by a reinforced structure having increased thicknesses of metal plate with increased diameter(175mm) and welded to the flange by means of a double electro -welding (class A). They are suitable for the winding of thin wires and hose wires and are powder coated (one or two colors).

For the winding of sawing wire, electrolytic galvanization according to EN ISO 3740, available with silver or gold passivation, is provided.

A: According to spool model and material, we will advise.
Q2: How long is the sample LEAD TIME? 
A: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If no stock, we will advise lead time.
Q3: Can you develop new products?
A: Yes, we have new products developing ability and we are good at developing new mold.
Q4: How much is the freight charge?
A: It depends on spool package volume, if small quantity, volume and urgent goods, 
we may advise FEDEX or other couriers' charge for your check. 
If volume bigger and by seaway suitable, we provide FOB or CIF price to you.
Q5: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
