HR ISW series horizontal single stage centrifugal pump is a new generation of energy saving and environmental protection horizontal centrifugal pump developed by ourselves on the basis of absorbing advanced technology of similar products from abroad. This series of pumps has excellent performance, high reliability, long life, reasonable structure, great appearance.

 

1. pump is horizontal structure, the inlet and outlet diameter is same, the appearance is compact and beautiful, small size, the building investment is low, if have the protective cover it can be placed outdoors.

2. The ISW impeller is installed directly on the lengthening shaft of the motor, with short axial size, compact structure, reasonable matching between pump and motor bearing, which can effectively balance the radial and axial load generated by pump operation, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump, low vibration and low noise.

3. ISW for split connection maintenance and easy installation.

 

4. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, adopts imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium high temperature resistant mechanical seal and cemented carbide material, wear-resistant seal, can effectively prolong the service life of mechanical seal.

5. Easy to install and repair, no need to remove the pipeline system, as long as the pump joint nut can pull out all rotor parts.

6. Pump string and parallel operation can be used according to the requirements of use, that is, flow and head.

7. The outlet of the pump can be installed into 0,90,180 different directions to meet different connection occasions.
