In accordance with GB4004-83, JB/T7600.3-94 and DlN46395 standards, the product is made of common carbon steel Q235 thick plate through assembly and welding, and machine finishing. The product has high rigidity of bobbin and high precision. Through dynamic test, the product has stable operation at high speed, and can be used for high-speed drawing-wire machine and wire stranding machine.

Flat Steel Cable Bobbin can be manufactured with flange diameters from 200 to 1000mm. Within this range, all dimensions are available according to the specific request (dimensions in mm and inches). It is suitable for single or multi-wire drawing of copper, aluminum or ferrous wires, and can also be used in annealing, stranding, bunching and braiding processes at very high process speeds. The standard model is epoxy-painted on the external side of the flanges, but other finishing treatments are available according to the customer specification.

A: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If no stock, we will advise lead time.

A: Yes, we have new products developing ability and we are good at developing new mold.
Q4: How much is the freight charge?
A: It depends on spool package volume, if small quantity, volume and urgent goods, 
we may advise FEDEX or other couriers' charge for your check. 
If volume bigger and by seaway suitable, we provide FOB or CIF price to you.
Q5: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
