Product Description

Collapsible Bobbin for Coiling and Lifting System

It is manufactured by the GB4004-83,JB/T7600.3-94 and DIN46395;It is made with punched and compacted iron plate, and shaped with welding. With the big hardness and the light weight, it fit for using in bunching, standing, cabling, extrusion and the armouring machine.

 

Once the reel is placed on the vertical axis position, the operator can unscrew the central screw. TA/SCS can be dynamically balanced and is fully machined on the parts in contact with the wire.

 

TA/ can be supplied with 4, 6, or 8 slots for the metal strap insertion and can also be supplied with circular slots in the flanges to fit the cardboard barrel.
To prevent wear problem, due to the high rotation speed, hardened changeable bushings are recommended.
